Welcome to my practice! I’m Rachel.
Life doesn’t always go as planned. Transitions, stress, and unresolved trauma can leave us feeling uncertain, disconnected, or overwhelmed. If you’re looking for a space where you can be truly seen and heard, you’re in the right place.
Here, it’s all about you — your experiences, your feelings, and your strengths. Together, we work through challenges, process past experiences, and uncover ways to feel more grounded, whole, and confident. This is a space without judgment, where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and the support you receive here is tailored to your needs. I would be honored to help you navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with your resilience.
Looking forward to meeting you!
