Therapy and Counseling
Person-centered therapy and counseling is a supportive and widely used approach to help people navigate life’s challenges.
It is designed for anyone experiencing stress, emotional distress, or life transitions that affect daily life, work, or relationships. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, stress-related or psychosomatic issues, eating or substance challenges, and more.
This approach focuses not on problems, but on each person’s strengths, potential for growth, and finding solutions in the present moment.
