Play Therapy
Person-centered play therapy is a gentle, child-focused approach for children ages 3 to 11–12. Based on the ideas of Carl Rogers and adapted for kids by Virginia Axline, it offers a warm, supportive space where children can express themselves through play. Using toys, drawing, stories, and imagination, they can understand and manage emotions, improve communication, practice problem-solving, work through stress or difficult experiences, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of self and connection with their parents. In this approach, play becomes their language—and through it, healing and growth can unfold
