Therapy Rates

Individual psychotherapy (55 min.): $150
Family psychotherapy* (55 min.): $175
Child/teen psychotherapy (55): $175

*Please note that all appointments with persons under the age of 18 are billed at the family psychotherapy rate.

I also offer sliding scale fees based on your individual financial situation. Don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a concern—we can work together to find a solution.

First appointment

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through your concerns in a relaxed, supportive setting. During this session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and I’ll explain my approach so you can decide if it feels like the right fit for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the process.

Sessions are 55 minutes and the cost for the first appointment is $150.
